Golden Palaces UAE began as a two-person workshop in Al Quoz repairing washing machines other shops declared dead. Twelve years later, we run a citywide fleet of technicians — but the founding rule hasn't changed: diagnose honestly, repair properly, charge fairly.
Every technician on the road today went through our six-week training programme and carries a tablet logging part numbers, photos, and customer signatures for full accountability.
